We are glad to announce the winners of university contest Profas Fall 2008! For a second year in a row, the best team comes from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, this time it was "OSH" - Martins Vaivars, Aurimas Balsiukas and Mindaugas Rapolas. Congratulations also go to the two teams from Vilnius University, who share the second & third places: Team B (Dominykas Gustas, Ignas Vyšniauskas and Gytis Žilinskas) and RIP (Mindaugas Mejeras, Vytautas Pakėnas and Jovita Bagdonaitė).

Contest PROFAS

December 4th is approaching, and we have finally proudly state that the final event is ready as never before. Take a look at the full schedule of the finals, and join us in counting the days till we see the best students from all over the Europe coming and competing in Vilnius!

We are proud to announce 10 teams whose essays were recognized the best ones, and thus these teams are invited to the final event of Entrepreneurship Contest Profas which will be held on 4-5th of December in Vilnius. We ask the successful teams to confirm their participation within 48 hours, as otherwise the participation right will be transferred to the teams just behind the top10. For all the teams that do not see themselves of the list, we would like to thank for the time spent for the contest, and we hope you will return next year, improved and ready to compete even more!

We have received more than 50 submissions, and knowing that some of the teams were facing problems in submitting the essays, we are putting up the list of submissions that we received, so in case you do not find yourself in the list - contact us (info@profas.org), and we'll investigate the case. However, we are pretty sure that we received most of the cases.

This morning we have closed the registration form for the university competition "PROFAS". We are absolutely fascinated by the number of applicants which reached 135 teams, coming not only from the Baltic States, but also Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Netherlands, from very well known universities. The first task will be sent to the team captains in 24 hours, and, as stated in the rules, the answer shall be submitted via the online form till November the 5th, 12:00 (GMT+2).

We wish the teams luck in proving that they are worth to be invited to the final event!
